Level 2 Rebecca Crumpler Medical Gown
Named after the first African-American woman physician who dedicated her life to treat women and children, the Rebecca Crumpler offers size-inclusive protection for real-life heroes and heroines at the frontlines and in the medical fields. Developed and made locally within the east coast just like Rebecca, the gowns were developed from idea to production over three weeks of collaboration with designers, vendors, and factories within PA, NJ, and NY. Each gown is made using 100% eco-friendly fabrics and sustainable processes that emit no toxic waste and harmful chemicals in the environment, and are machine washable up to 50 times.
In times where the world faces challenges, the Rebecca Crumpler offers a sustainable PPE alternative that embraces the inclusivity and diversity in the medical workforce, while celebrating the partnership of women-owned and minority founded businesses made and sourced 100% in the USA.
The Level 2 medical gowns are recommended for use in low risk situations to protect against larger amount of fluid penetration through splatter and some exposure fluid exposure through soaking, such as blood draw from a vein, suturing, intensive care unit, and pathology lab.
